At The Bardsley Physiotherapy Clinic, our highly skilled team of physiotherapists are here to help you with any rehabilitation treatments you may need.
Our physiotherapy clinic is fully equipped to help with a comprehensive range of treatments. Our aim is to get you back on the road to a full and lasting recovery as quickly as possible, starting at your first appointment.
What happens on your first visit to us?
Your first visit to The Bardsley Physiotherapy Clinic will last approximately 30 minutes with one of our chartered physiotherapists. We will ask you a number of questions about your injury, how it started, any symptoms you have and any relevant medical history.
We then perform a physical examination of the specified area so we can discover the origin and extent of your injury. Your physiotherapist will then advise you on your problem, together with an outline of the appropriate treatment and rehabilitation process.
Treatment will begin at your first visit. Following this, we will also provide you with a rehabilitation regime to continue at home. No special preparations are needed for your first visit, other than to wear comfortable clothing which allows easy access to the area in need of attention.

You can refer yourself to The Bardsley Physiotherapy Clinic or your General Practitioner (GP) or Consultant can. The cost of a half hour treatment is £32 at present. Our fees are highly competitive and there are no unnecessary treatments.
Should you be a member of a private health care scheme such as BUPA, AXA PPP or Simply Health, you will find that we are registered providers with all the major schemes so your payments can be reclaimed. We treat many patients who have orthopaedic surgery at one of the local independent hospitals, but find it easier and more convenient to have their follow-up physiotherapy treatment closer to home. We treat many injuries from road traffic accidents and accidents at work. In these cases, our fees can often be settled directly by your solicitor / insurance company, as part of the costs of your case.
